Process to drop or withdraw a student
1. Go to Manage Enrollments
2. Search for Student (or scroll until you find student)
3. Click on Active
4. Click on *Drop
*If the option “drop” is not available, this means the drop date deadline has already passed and you are only able to withdraw a student.
*You will be asked to provide a rationale for the drop/withdrawal. This rationale will automatically be provided within the notification once the status change has been processed.
