Onboarding to Course Share is conducted with a member of the Acadeum team who assists our new academic partners with achieving their institutional goals. A full on-boarding is typically 60 minutes, however, please allow for 90 minutes for questions and discussion.
The recommended participant list should be the registrar, whoever oversees student success (retention and advisement), and possibly billing. The latter is not really necessary as we will schedule separate meetings as appropriate for the finance team. While IT's initial responsibility is to whitelist the relevant Acadeum Domains, automated data transfer and integration can be supported.

No technology download is required as Zoom screen share technology will be used. Once you have selected a conference time, you will receive a calendar appointment when the time is confirmed. Once confirmed, you will be sent the calendar invite with the Zoom information. At that time you have edit rights to the calendar appointment in order to add others to the meeting.
